MAMSIG launches new website

Malaysian Anti-Microbial Stewardship Interest Group (MAMSIG) is special interest group within the Malaysian Society of Infectious Diseases, which was established after the Annual Scientific Meeting on Emerging Infectious Threat 19th–20th May 2017 at the Royale Chulan Damansara. The group is headed by Associate Professor Dr Sasheela A/P Sri La Sri Ponnampalavanar, assisted by various society members from universities and public hospitals.

The purpose of this special interest group is to further the spread of information on Antimicrobial Stewardship in order curtail the increasing issue of antimicrobial resistance. The site will provide current, accurate, and comprehensive information on the topic and will help build an online community to address leading issues.
